Nurses in the treatment room are very friendly and understanding, especially for those with different/special needs like myself. All the receptionists are patient and helpful! Sometimes there is a long wait, but it's not any worse than other medical centres. However, I feel that the GPs in this medical centre don't listen well to patient's concerns and needs...
I have rung this morning 6 times. Engaged signal then get cut off. Extremely difficult to speak to a doctor.
Staff are polite and professional, always helpful and respectful, any issues are always dealt with efficiently
