Dreadful company. Stay away unless you want a battle to get your money refunded for faulty goods. That is what has happened to me. I bought an allergy vacuum from this company and on 1st use air was escaping and therefore dust. I contacted Killis who at first told me I would need to pay nearly £20 to return vacuum. I know the distance selling laws very well and explained that the return of faulty goods must be paid by the seller.
