Steve is rude and unprofessional. Lisa is very difficult to talk to and can’t seem to know how to enter a credit number in the system. Killions has definitely went downhill. I never stated that Killion’s performed repairs on this particular vehicle, nor did I complain simply because I was asked to reimburse a towing expense. Working with them was great but they did not completely fix my car from a deer hitting it. I called with a concern that my AC was messed up after I picked it up from being repaired but they said the damage didnt go back that far but to bring it in if it kept doing it. I didnt bother bringing it in because I knew that meant they werent going to do anything about it and I thought maybe I just hadn't noticed the sign come up on my dash before. This place has become trash. The service here has been horrible. From the customer service to the body work. The shop is not the same. They no longer value their clients or work. Very over priced too

I had my 2022 Ram Cummins repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The truck came back looking fantastic, and the quality of the work really exceeded my expectations.
