They’re refusing to issue refunds for those of us impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Their responses have been flippant and seemingly without regard for those who will not have a chance to use the credits they’re offering instead of simply refunding at least a portion of the money paid in full, if only we would have known the outbreak would have happened 14 days in advance of our stay which was scheduled to begin a week ago, then a full refund would have been issued.
