Did my pool fence. They are awesome to work with. Showed up when they said they would. Worked with me on adding extra fence and gates. I requested they do 3/4 of the fence and then come back after pool house was in and they said whatever I need they will do. Excellent experience. Thanks Guys.
Killingly Fence came out within a day of us asking for a quote. They were prompt in getting us the quote. Given the shortage of materials due to COVID they stated that they would do their best to get the fence in a timely manner. We agreed to the contract and the materials were ordered. When we had the rest of the project done and we were ready for the fence, we called and 300 feet of White Vinyl privacy fencing was installed in 4 days. I received a quote from this company during the last couple of weeks. I had to hound this company to get the quote back to me for putting up a fence. They took days to answer simple questions which is very scary when you are going to be putting a lot of money towards a project like this. They ended up coming in higher than other companies I received quotes from but even if they had been less I would have been hesitant to use them simply because they are incredibly unresponsive.
