I’ve been going to Dr Killian for over 20 years. New patients may feel rushed. He sees a LOT of patients and doesn’t leave a lot of time between them so he is able to see more. If your labs or visit is just common issues, he will be very quick with your appointment. This isn’t because he doesn’t care, it’s because he’s efficient. He’s a great doctor. I came in for an annual checkup since I had just moved to Seattle and was looking for a primary care doctor. Dr. Killian acted like as if he just wanted to get the appointment done with and move on with my day. I told him about some joint and back pain issues which I wanted his advice and, and he basically told me I was young and had nothing to worry about. I was late my appointment was at 10:45 I didn't know traffic was going to be this bad and I didn't read the papers that says to arrive 15 minutes early. I had called them to let them know that I was going to be late and I arrived at 10:46 and I gave them all my paperwork. Dr. Killian always takes the right timely decisions. I once visited him for numbness in my toe after an injury and he asked me to wait for a couple of weeks to resolve as inflammations take time to recover, and it did without any medications. And recently I visited him as I had Fever and throat pain and he was quick enough to acknowledge it was a strep infection and put me on antibiotics course right after. I m feeling better now and I d highly recmd him for his experience and the med instincts.

Dr. Rob is great, if you have... maybe a cold, or the flu. As a person, he is a wonderful human being, but sometimes you need a doctor, and not a friend. He tends to shy away from conflict and hard situations. But... "well, what do you think" works with home decor, but not with your health. His sometimes easy-peasy way... leaves you in bad shape. My new physician looked at my labs, and my meds... and was HORRIFIED!!! How can I have ignored some SERIOUS issues, especially with my labs!
