Very please with my settlement. Although the process took about 3 years (not my Attorney's fault), it was interesting to learn how the law works. Especially when dealing with insurance companies. I would suggests that you never take on a case with out an Attorney. The insurance companies will low-ball you, just to save money. It doesn't matter if it is your own insurance company.
