The receptionist was unprofessional and did not understand basic legal terminology. She also misunderstood the nature of the case and treated it as something it was not. I explained that my case involved a civil tort for wrongful exclusion and property conversion. The office is under construction at this time. But the staff was very attentive and the attorney was focused on me. I would refer a friend who needs representation to this firm.
Lack of knowledge in specific areas of the law. Using this law firm ended up causing more issues than solving them. Then they stopped the council and told me to seek another lawyer who was more experienced. I was still obligated to pay for services... although I couldn't figure out what services I was paying for since nothing on my end had been resolved, and I was told to seek other council.
