I never write reviews but I was thinking about my time in therapy at this place and decided I should share my experience. I went to this place for a few years. It wasn't pleasant. I saw Dr. Hardwick and Jean Folin. Dr. Hardwick was okay. I never had an issue with her. My issue is with my therapist. Now this was my first and only therapist I have seen and my time with her put me off of therapy quite a lot. I was referred to this place by my insurance. I called several times to schedule an appointment. The office manager Jacqueline was not only rude, but she was not helpful at all. When I called the last time in dire need for help she was totally disrespectful and hung up on me. I’m shocked that she’s able to be the manager of this facility with her attitude, her lack of compassion and her disrespectful Tone. I would not suggest going here to anyone because of her. An absolutely hospitable place with an amazing psychiatrist named Aaron Shafer who gives more attention to her patients than a majority of psychiatrists out there.
