First and Best Po'Boy I've ever had, what a nice start to NOLA
Fun Viet twists on po-boys in the French Quarter. Came here to grab some quick bites on a Saturday evening. I've never been a huge fan of po-boys because of how dry they usually are, but there doing a lot of things differently here. First, the bread.
