Katie made me feel oh so good.
She totally missed our appointment. I tried to call text and call while I waited in a parking lot after moving my day around to make it. They did call back a few days later saying they were sorry. I told them to keep the 118.00 I already paid Because she said she would schedule another day. Well 2 weeks later and a few text from me and MIA. So out 118.00 no massage. Disappointed twice from same person. Pretty disappointing. Never again
I’ve never had an experience like this before. Katie repeatedly showed up late for appointments, sometimes over an hour behind schedule, and communication was always inconsistent. Despite being polite and patient through multiple scheduling issues, I tried to renew my membership, which she later canceled without any explanation or refund. Katie is amazing! Her skills are off the charts, her personality is incredible, I want to be a client of hers for a long time. My body felt like a went back a few years after getting a few hours with her. I brought my husband here for his birthday and he said it was the best message he ever had, and he is a large, strong, hard working man thats hard to knock the knots out of.
Katie did an amazing job! I haven't had a massage in years and it was just what I needed! Highly recommend!
