We buy all our building materials direct from manufacturers so we can pass the savings on to you. We do work for professional landscapers, builders, and home owners. The deck is really hot in the summer to walk on, icy in the winter! My sister had it done, caving in! My niece also had them put one in, same problems, always cleaning mold off the decks!
My rating is a ZERO. Killer Decks installed our deck about 3 years ago. I called, emailed, sent pictures of some repair I needed done. Out of Warranty.. I was willing to pay for the repair. NO ONE called me back. When I called to check on my issue, I was met with distain and arrogance. I was told I needed to send a $600 check to their address BEFORE they would even consider scheduling me for an evaluation of my deck.
