Ordered food for pickup. My wife picked it up. My 2 sides of bomb sauce were not included. I called and was told that only the owner can initiate a refund. When you charge for sauce, 75c ea, you should make sure it is included. And, not letting a manger on staff fix it? I'll take this review down when it's fixed. If it's still up, nothing was done to fix the situation and we won't be back. Don't get me wrong. I love the food, but the terrible customer service is irritating.
Love the burgers and fries
The people in the restaurant are friendly and amazing and the food is great i love peanut butter and pickle bacon burger and all the sauce for the fries are delicious
We were passing through Medford and wanted a burger. Lots of restaurant options. Ended up going to Killer Burger. I wish I took a photo, but you probably already know what I'm talking about. These burgers are show-stoppers. Next-level fantastic. I had the mushroom burger. My GF had the classic. They are gigantic, juicy, messy, delicious. I'm reminded of the Top chef and Chopped cooking shows for some reason. Staff was very nice. I'm so glad I have one in Portland.
