I walked in and they refused to do any walk up orders and they would only take online orders, even though I was standing at the register - worried about running out of bacon for the online people, but want serve the people that drove there to get dinner!! Absolutely awful!
Food was excellent and fairly priced, if I could give a 0 star for service I would. Server was rude and snippy. Which normally I would understand if they were busy as I work in food service myself but the store was empty outside of me and my group of 2 other people.
Ordered online. Paid extra for cheese on a chicken sandwich. Didn’t get it. Ordered a kids meal chicken basket that comes with a juice box. Didn’t get it. Ordered a burger (Jose Mendoza) that didn’t have mayo listed. Got tons of it. First few times we ordered from this location, everything was great. Last few times though, it’s been significantly less than expected. Ingredients aren’t the same, service and attention to detail isn’t the same. Cooks made a mistake? Ok.
