Our new Tesla Model Y had a small dent at delivery. Tesla service arranged Killens to sort out a PDR repair. Pat Killen was excellent in sorting this out with a few options suggested to make it as easy as possible. It was particularly nice to come across a shop that is passionate about repairing EVs like Teslas rather than the common denigration you can hear from other businesses. Killens Smash repairs are very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Quotes are given quickly. You are kept up to date while repairs are being done. The vehicle is detailed beautifully before it is returned to you after repairs are finished. Repairs are carried out in the timeframe they say. I wouldn't use any other smash repairers as they are the best.
