I have had better. I drove down from Spring to have lunch with my sisters. The brisket was ok, I thought it lacked flavor and it was too overcooked. Pork ribs were very good. I didn't prefer the dry rub that they use, bottom line, I don't believe I will be driving that far to have bbq when there are ones closer to Spring that are as good or better.

Delicious filets for two, right before closing time and Killen's rocked our date night. My first time - my husband finally took me after he's tested it out with the guys previously. Next time I'll actually try the BBQ.
Okay, in Texas for one night, heading out on a cruise from Galveston. Needed some BBQ so we stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. Where to start... The brisket was smoky and tender, no sauce needed. The pulled smoked turkey was a sweet, vinegary treat I was not expecting. The real reason to go is the beef ribs. I am from Colorado and this was the best BBQ I have had! The ribs were so amazingly tender! I will come back when I am in Texas!
I went with 2 other friends and we got a bunch of different things and it was all fantastic. The beef rib and the brisket particularly stood out to me. The turkey and pulled pork were also excellent. All of the sides were good, but especially the coleslaw and the mac and cheese. The cobbler was fantastic but it wasn't half as good as the bread pudding. Yes, we had to wait 45 minutes in line, but it was well worth it. We chatted with the people around us and had a great time.
Got there at about 1:30 on a Saturday thinking that the line wouldn't be that bad. Uh, wrong! But the line moved quickly, and we got free beer too. Win win! Also lucked out that the burnt ends were still available. Just awesome. Same for the brisket and turkey. Sauces were good but honestly the meat didn't need them. As for sides, the Cole slaw is excellent. We'll be back for sure! Plenty on the menu we still want to try!
I have never been to a BBQ joint where everything was good. Smoked turkey, smoked brisket, smoked beef ribs, with bread pudding and sides. All SMOKED to PERFECTION!!!! I recommend this place to everyone who loves BBQ and smoked meats.
The pork ribs were very good. Had a taste from other family members plates. Beef ribs were also very good. Sliced beef excellent. The creamed corn is excellent but not fond of mushy (no potato chunks) potato salad and the mac & cheese was nothing special. Love the meat sauce choices. The carrot cake was very good.
