Do NOT buy your vehicles from here. They will work on your engine for a month and then give it back with a check engine light on and say “You're out of warranty because it's TOTALLY a different thing that's wrong now. Yeah, I bought two vehicles from here in the last 2 years, but I won't be coming back.
The customer service for the Killeen VW location is not good. I have experienced many instances of rudeness from the staff the past couple years, but this is the most recent example: I was told by a service advisor when I brought my car in at 3pm for an appointment that I would "need to be back by 5:30 or you'll be looking at your car through the glass."
