I had a less than ideal experience the first time I came in for service. When I returned a second time a few days later, our new service advisor Cory was outstanding. He was personable, friendly, and above all he was honest about what my vehicle actually needed rather than just trying to make a buck. I was very impressed with him!
Cory in the service department was personable, informative and efficient. Our vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and we experienced no further issues. Would definitely recommend this location over other nearby locations.
Don’t purchase from these guys. Will not perform necessary service or let you know when your warranty expires. Purchase a different car and not a Jetta as they go bad by 20000 miles. Will never purchase a vehicle from them again and will tell all friends and coworkers to give their service to someone else.
