This place ripped me off. They gave me an estimate then the bill was almost two hundred more. I asked for my money back and they still ripped me off they didn’t take the 65$ I paid for the appointment off all they want is money watch yourself if you go there

I am extremely disappointed in Kileen Veterinary Clinic. My dog has had lymphoma and they told me that when it comes time to euthanize that they will be there no matter what. Today he was clearly not ok and it was time. I called and explained that my dogs breathing was labored and he was shaking all over and panting. He wouldnt eat or drink. Absolute top notch service at a fair price. The vets at KVC are experienced doctors that deeply care for their patients as well as the owners.
Can’t stress enough how outstanding the customer service was during our visits. We are heading to Germany and the whole clinic understood the time crunch and helped us out every step of the way! 12/10!
They just want money. Go someplace that cares about your pet. I had 3 pets seen in Belton, 1 rabies shot, $105. Killeen charged me $130 for a recheck I didn’t request, pain and antibiotic, and a tape muzzle. The tape muzzle cost more than the meds and visit. That’s a lot for me.
These guys/ gals are the best you can find!!! The vets are the best BUT the staff make you feel like family. You can call and they know who you are and accommodate you no matter how much of pain you are😘. They are the best!!!! Just love them and the pets love them too!!!
I have been bringing my fur babies to KVC for about 25 years now. They gave gotten us through births, deaths, burns, broken limbs, heartworms, dog fights, and infections with knowledge, kindness, and compassion. I have seen doctors and staff come and go over the years, but the high level of dedication and integrity is constant. I can always rely on them, and I am very grateful for them.
