Receptionist was very pleasant and was able to schedule me fairly quick. They set my labs and primary care close together and made the process convenient. Well run.
Stay away of this clinic.has a lot.administrative and medical personnel look like does no know anything about the patient medical record and even does not read.them in order to request a simple labs test.Very incompetente..employees.except labs personnel.
I was just trying to call the front desk to explain that I was overseas for work and just wanted to let them know not to schedule me for appts for the next 6 months. Been on hold for 30+ minutes now and they just opened
Physicians simply don't care, please hire Physicians that care about our health and not there for a pat check.
This VA clinic is nice and clean. The lab techs were the best. Everything else was a bad experience. Just needed mental health meds. I knew I had to go to temple, (expected), but when the killeen clinic says that temple won't even fill them. I'm a traveling veteran and this clinic is the first to deny me my meds. Syas temple won't fill them either.
