The experience I have had has truly been terrible. ONLY one provider is at this location. I scheduled an appointment earlier in the year and was told my appointment would be in September then my appointment was canceled last minute. I called to get an explanation and reschedule only to be told my appointment would be two months later. That appointment was canceled without warning again. When trying to reschedule I was informed my new appointment would be January; which at that point would be useless for the care I am in need... read more
There is only one doctor available and he is being stretched to provide care for many patients. Unsure as to why there is one provider only as the facility needs to add more providers knowing there is a shortage of prenatal care locally. There is a disconnect from the staff and Director of the facility for patients in need of care who have not been seen at all for months. The doctors are amazing and I won’t take that from them but just stop taking extra patients if you can’t service them. I’ve been in this place 4x since my initial prenatal appointment and have only seen my doctor 1x. Every other time she has an emergency and is not available. I know one can’t help emergencies but I haven’t seen her in a long time. Consistency matters for me… she’s supposed to deliver my baby and I’ve only met her once. Love coming to this Clinic! Every doctor that I have seen has taken great care of me and my babies!!! All 4 pregnancies I have come here and I am so thankful that I have!!
