Nasty, nasty front desk personnel. I had a very unpleasant experience with the red-haired lady at the front desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came in to request my medical records. When I asked to see the policy regarding record requests, she refused to show it to me and instead told me it would take 30 days to pull my records. Dr. Khwaja is one of the best I've ever had to perform an EMG procedure, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly explained every activity performed step by step, I know that this procedure is an uncomfortable , but he made me feel at ease and he helped me to relax until the testing was completed, thank you Dr. Khwaja and your friendly staff
1st off it’s impossible to talk to anyone over the phone. If you leave a message you very lucky to get a return call. My first visit with my mother who has all the signs of mid level dementia was a joke. After administering a test my Blue Heeler could pass and I told the doctor about the hallucinations and delusions my 88 year old mother was having the Dr said, “she doesn’t have dementia because people with dementia don’t know why they are here or where they’re at. Changing my review. I called and messaged to get my appointment rescheduled and haven’t been contacted. Not sure how I somehow got blacklisted but kinda ridiculous, I thought it was a good place but if thats how they treat their patients I would stay away. I called and messaged weeks ago still haven’t been contacted.
We had a great experience here today - I took my mother-in-law (84) for her appointment. Though we did have to wait a bit after check-in, Dr. Khwaja was thorough in his questions about the issue and *so very patient* with her. It is not the easiest office to get ahold of, but we did get excellent care once we were in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Khwaja for your neurology needs.
