We had a great experience here today - I took my mother-in-law (84) for her appointment. Though we did have to wait a bit after check-in, Dr. Khwaja was thorough in his questions about the issue and *so very patient* with her. It is not the easiest office to get ahold of, but we did get excellent care once we were in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Khwaja for your neurology needs.
So I want to start off with I did have to wait a long time to get in, but there is only one doctor here and a lot of the issues came from my insurance company which isn’t the fault of anyone at this office. I had my appointment this morning and I did have to wait but again one doctor. Front desk and staff were very nice, the chairs are changed from the ones that were featured in the review. Other google reviews of this place are accurate. 6 month wait list JUST for a first appointment. I’ve left MANY messages for this place and finally had to take a day off just to find out this information for a 6 month wait list was accurate. This is information that could have been made with a simple phone call. Due to patient overload I’d say standard of care is next to non existent, I will not be allowing my family member to be treated with this lack of care. 😑😒
I had an appointment today at 8am. I arrived to my appointment at 8am and the doors were still locked. I waited 15 minutes and the doors were still looked. At this point I left. I called the office and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back. No call back. I called back again in the afternoon and finally got a hold of someone. I explained everything to her.
