The city should be ashamed that this is a place where people are supposed to receive help. There is no information to easily follow. The hours of operation state 9-12 and 1-4. I went a 11:32 and 3:45 on the same day and the office was close. This was on a Tuesday. I tried again on a Friday in which the door stated by appt only, but not one number to make the appointment was available. What about people who don't have a car? or the gas money to get out there?
