Killeen ford service center you guys are good at what you do, but everyone doesn’t have a credit card. I’m beginning to hate that I got a car from you guys & can’t get a loaner with a debit card. I am very pissed at the moment I been on the loner list for 2 weeks or more to get work done to my vehicle and can’t get loaner. They didn’t tell me anything about a credit card until the day off.
We scheduled an appointment for recall fix over 4 weeks prior. When we brought the vehicle in for the appointment they didnt have the parts. a complete waste of time. this known recall, they stated they had the parts to fix it over the phone. now they have to reschedule.
I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent service visit. First of all, I want to say that overall I have had many positive experiences with your dealership, and there are several people there who have always treated me professionally and respectfully. Mr. Lennon has always been very professional and helpful. Henry has also consistently provided excellent communication and customer service.
