I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent service visit. First of all, I want to say that overall I have had many positive experiences with your dealership, and there are several people there who have always treated me professionally and respectfully. Absolutely insane rates. Quoted $3k for service that was not needed nor required. I had a cracked coolant tank, cost me $120 to fix myself with a brand new tank and cap. Service writer quoted me $210.96 for a tank. No labor charge and the cap was not included, an extra $42.28 for that. Paid $210.96 for one hour of diagnostics and was told diagnostic fees are not deducted from the repair if elected. These people are a joke.
