POOOOOR... CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I placed a call to this office in a young lady named Amy. I asked Amy to please verify the type of insurance that is accepted. I also got the chance before she hurriedly placed me on hold... I asked her to please make an appointment for a new client. I was then placed on hold. After 5 minutes the phone queue rang back into the office....she did not pick up... she immediately placed me back on hold. By far the greatest Dental Office we have been to and we have been to a bunch from Copperas Cove to Austin, the staff here are more than helpful, patient and friendly. DR. Harris is the best Dentist I have encountered in my 47 years and the most patient and understanding when it comes to my wife and her fears of dentistry. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE, LEAVE WHOEVER YOU ARE WITH NOW AND GO HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
