if i could give zero stars i would my wife and i went in to look at vehicles and the staff was rude about it
Ashanti Walker and her team provided excellent assistance in helping me choose my car. Their expertise and dedication made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them!
Ashanti from Killeen Certifeid helped me get my Rogue Sport back in 2024. And when it was time to upgrade she helped me with the trade in process and into my new Kia! She always listened to what I wanted and did her absolutely best to make it happen. Shout out to their finance department for always answering any questions we had. Overall my experience with Ashanti was always more family than a dealer and I recommend her to anyone in search for a new (used) or better vehicle.
WARNING: do not waste your time here. We requested to look at 6 vehicles and only 1 was available, the rest were being “serviced” or being driven for leisure by the manager. Wasted hours of our time waiting just to be told nothing is available yet they have all of the cars posted on their website. Many of their workers just stand around doing nothing. One of the worst dealerships I’ve been to.
