Absolute worst sales experience I have ever had. I would avoid this dealership and any owned by them. If you want to work with honest and ethical people, go somewhere else.
I had an Amazing experience with my salesman Cody Grabel and would highly recommend him to anybody. I ended up getting into the car I originally went to look at for my work commute. A 2024 Volkswagen GTI and its exactly what I needed. From the time I caught him in the parking lot doing other work, it was about 5 minutes later the car I was there to look at was already infront of me. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bought a car from here Feb, had to take it in 17 days later because the brakes gave out. They had it for 4 days, gave it back said it’s all good. Now I’m back 3 months later with the same issue. I’m out a car, rep basically said I’m SOL on a loaner since they’re out and it’s “being fixed now”. Now I’m stuck paying $30 for Lyft rides each way to/from work for the next 5 days while it gets repaired…again….. don’t do business with this dealership…save your time, money, and energy.
Cale shepherd was the greatest rep ever. Got me in a car in no time for great prices 10/10 service!
