Worst experience of my life. If this was a rating for Lawrentz specifically then it would be 5 stars automatically. If you’re a first time buyer like me I do not recommend coming here. It’s crazy how you get a car, drive off the lot excited, then are threatened that your car will be taken back because the lender backed out of the contract. Yea no if I could rate this dealership 0 stars that’d be more accurate. If anyone has to deal with Nicki or whatever her name is good luck. :)
I visited Killeen Hyundai yesterday to check out a car listed on their website for $31,473. When I arrived, I was told that price was only valid if I financed through them; otherwise, it would increase by $2,000. I planned to trade in my car, but they valued it lower if I bought that specific used car. Interestingly, they offered a higher trade-in value if I opted for a new model. I’ve purchased 13 cars in my life and by far this was one of the worse experiences I have ever had in my life. They will lie to you and treat you like complete crap. I am a 22 year retired wounded warrior and two of the workers complained that I had parked in the handicap spot even though my placard was in the dash visible. I just got an SUV (Ford) 2022, with 19,000 miles on it and Got Excellent Customer Service. Free Oil Change, Free coupons to Outback Steak house and Free Full tank of Gas. I was in & out in under 2 hours. They feed you food & Drinks and there Service store is a Whole Vibe. They have a Whole Movie Theater in it, with Hot food offered. Knowledgeable Technicians.
