Because of location it gave me second thoughts of taking my baby girl yorkie to them. But you should not judge a book by its cover. They ask a lot of questions about my girl to make sure that they would be able to give her a good grooming experience. Really loved the way they took care of my baby girl!!!
We have a 7 mo mini schnauzer, we’ve tried having her groomed before & it never went well but with Killeen Animal Care it was the opposite. She came home from her appointment smelling and looking so fresh and adorable! I’m beyond satisfied with our experience with this place, i will encourage any and everybody to take their fur babies there!
The ladies working there are very nice and were able to schedule my dog puppy for a grooming on short notice. The grooming itself was also excellent. My dog came out dry, soft, and smelling fantastic for several days afterwards. Service was fast and pricing was more than fair. My only gripe is the waiting area. It's pretty dusty and it looks like it hasn't been refurbished in 50+ years. That said, the place is good overall and I'll likely bring my dog again.
Customer service is a joke! They were rude as soon as they answered the phone and throughout the conversation.
