I don't usually write reviews, and if this was a once or twice instance, I would not. We have been using the Killdeer Pharmacy for a couple of years now and have had 30+ interactions. When refilling on the app, it has been great. Almost every single phone interaction is awful, everything seems to inconvenience them. I would say 4/5 in person interactions are unpleasant as well.
