Didn't receive a bill for well over a year, then we got a collection notice. We had assumed insurance covered it, but now they are messing with our credit. If you use their service, make SURE if insurance covered it or not. They won't send you a bill. We have since spoken with another local family who experienced the same issues. They need to improve billing, because wrecking peoples credit is just plain WRONG!
