The receptionist at this clinic was shockingly rude, dismissive, and made several unfounded accusations during my interactions with her. As a long-term client who pays invoices promptly and has always supported this business, I found the experience extremely disstressing. What concerned me most was that she repeatedly offered veterinary advice despite not being a veterinarian, and some of that advice appeared to be inaccurate. The vets are knowledgable and very kind. We have had a couple of euthanisias and the staff overall were incredibly sweet.
Killarney Veterinary Services are unbelievable! We had to put down our mare of 18 years this morning and young Caitlin the Vet was so professional, kind and caring. She came out to our farm the previous evening and did her utmost to help and comfort our mare to give her every chance of survival. Dr. Kaitlyn is the best!
A huge shout out to Killarney Vets and nurses, especially to Dr. Kaitlyn for her super diagnosing skills in caring for our Ruby, my husband’s assistance dog who somehow managed to swallow a stone. (Actually more of a rock). Ruby is home now after her op and going along well. Thank you so much Kaitlyn, Tiana and Jess and of course anyone else who cared for our dog. 🦮
