Called another vet in Warwick for an emergency on a Sunday and they had a hold line to leave name, number and problem and they’ll get back to you when they can, which is kind of crazy as by the time they get back to you your animal could be worse or deceased by that time so my partner called Killarney vet as a friend referred them and they were amazing, answered right away and answered any and every question we had and gave good thorough advice and helped out as much as they could. We are so lucky to have found Killarney vets when moving to Warwick. They are honest, knowledgeable and care about animals. The staff are also trained in a variety of specialised veterinary areas from domestic and agriculture.

The receptionist at this clinic was shockingly rude, dismissive, and made several unfounded accusations during my interactions with her. As a long-term client who pays invoices promptly and has always supported this business, I found the experience extremely disstressing. What concerned me most was that she repeatedly offered veterinary advice despite not being a veterinarian, and some of that advice appeared to be inaccurate. The vets are knowledgable and very kind. We have had a couple of euthanisias and the staff overall were incredibly sweet.
