Issues with extra work/billing/insurance usage. Terrible communication to try and resolve the problem. Worth the trip to a properly ran clinic in Brandon.
I require a dentist willing to work with a patient who can have no freezing.. not many are willing to do this. But not only have I been treated well by a very competent and understanding staff who have to deal with my complex medical issues and problems with medication but also a very touchy gag reflex and a latex allergy and absolutely no tolerance for any extra gear in my mouth like the rubber dams or other devices designed to assist the dentist (but I believe must be off shoots of medieval torture... just kidding) , even ... read more
It's taken me awhile to decide whether to post this or not. I have always had a fear of dentists & have been gassed or medicated before visits. Upon relocating to Killarney area I was treated by Dr. Mark whom prescribed lorazipam on several occasions. After the pandemic Dr. Mark left the practice & Dr. Mansfield took over. I'm not sure anyone has read my file. I've been seen without medication & did ok, but reacted afterwards. Then I was switched to a different dentist & still not medicated.
