Very grateful to the Killarney Cat Hospital for seeing my girl when she urgently needed it. They were so caring and patient as we navigated a hard diagnosis and end of life care for my love Stella. Thank you again. You are so appreciated at such a difficult time.
Wouldn’t answer a simple yes or no question about whether they were taking new clients without putting me on hold first. Not a good first impression; very rude front end staff.
