Dr Liz is a fantastic dentist, she makes the experience of going to the dentist as pain free as possible 😊 definitely recommend
The practice does not communicate when running behind. Running behind can be expected but waiting 40+ minutes with no communication is not good practice. It is worth noting that my first experience with the practice was positive.
Dr Lamb and the team at Killara Dental are professional, experienced and do a superb job. My whole family has been going here for years.
I recently visited Jimmy and his team for some dental work and I could not be happier with my experience. Jimmy's approach to dental is calm and reassuring. He is patient and has a gentle beside manner. I recieved multiple fillings and I was extremely nervous prior to my appointment. I have an autoimmune condition that causes histamine release and I am prone to reactions but my entire experience was positive. No reactions which is a huge win for me. The practice has been sold, and immediately quality of service has dropped. Made a booking for my infant daughter via the phone as online bookings were not working. Receptionist was friendly and made the booking, recommending a specific dentist, as the previous principal, Dr Linda Vo, was not available. My wife and young daughter arrived at the day/time of the appointment, was told there was no appointment in the system and no dentist on-site. Then inferred the fault lay with their IT service provider. Go elsewhere, we will.
