Building beautiful custom homes from site work to finish since 1988. I used to hold a Massachusetts construction supervisors license before moving to NH in 2000. In recent years I have been building modular homes.These have come a long way in the past 20 years and are now a great alternative to stick framing. While they still have limitations, their quality is as good as conventional framing.

Larry Kill was the contractor for my compete renovation of my lake house near Merideth, NH. This entailed removing the old house and ensuring that all necessary inspections (ie asbestos) were completed prior to the demolition. He worked well with the designer and the individual involved in obtaining all the required waterfront permits.
