Art and the Kill Mold team went above and beyond to respond to an urgent request for an estimate at my home. He came to my house within a few hours and gave me an honest assessment without inflating the severity of the issue. Told me some basic remedies I could use and then was on his way. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Alivia was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner. The mold in my attic was completely gone after their treatment. I could not recommend them enough.
Very unprofessional experience. We had them come out to give us an estimate, and the service technician was extremely pushy. He kept trying to sell me on his "patented product" (which, by the way, is nothing special—just a spray similar to Concrobium that you can easily find online) and wanted $3,000.
