Emailed Sean on a Monday night at 9pm not expecting a response until the morning. Sean replied within 30 minutes with advice and reassurance about some bees that were in our house. The advice he gave us was that the bees were tree bumble bees and they will leave on their own accord. This advice was invaluable to us at the time as we were extremely concerned. The advice was free of charge and with excellent customer service. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you again Sean!
Rand Killline for advice regarding a honey bee nest. Got some really good advice from Sean. Not at all pushy , gave me advice and left it with me. Would recommend.
Rang Kill Line early on Monday morning regarding what I thought were wasps around my property, Sean answered the phone promptly told me it was likely to be drone flies and to send him a photo, to which he confirmed that’s what they were and they are harmless. No charge and amazing customer service couldn’t ask for anything better.
