Rang Kill Line early on Monday morning regarding what I thought were wasps around my property, Sean answered the phone promptly told me it was likely to be drone flies and to send him a photo, to which he confirmed that’s what they were and they are harmless. No charge and amazing customer service couldn’t ask for anything better.

This is just to say how disappointed we are in the service you provided to us. We did not think that you investigated our house very thoroughly; it is an old property and therefore subject to having more entry/exit points than usual. Ellis was very pleasant seemed to know what he was doing. However despite the traps and poisons you placed in and outside our house, none were caught and we still have rodents.
