Sami at the Kewaskum branch belongs in a backroom somewhere and not allowed back out until she passes a customer service training. Wait time was over 10 minutes and when asked if she could check on a Door Dash order was told she will get to it when she gets to it. I was told by a previous employee having breakfast there that she and the manager there are terrible to their older employees and corporate won't do anything about it.

I have ordered these stupid huntrix meals twice now in west bend at the request of my daughter because she wants the cards. Twice I was allowed to order and pay for them, but was given normal meals. No cards, nothing as advertised. I was worried this is some kind of a scam the McDonald’s in town are running to keep the cards so I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau.

As a previous MANAGER, I can confidently say that my crew back in the day were more respectful of customers than they are today. The fact that you can't even get change for a dollar is super crappy customer service

In 2019/2020 they took down the (very large) Mcdonald's sign in Sheboygan Falls and have had it sitting in the grass since. I reached out last year, they said they were going to handle it but it's still sitting there. Such an eyesore.
