I have ordered these stupid huntrix meals twice now in west bend at the request of my daughter because she wants the cards. Twice I was allowed to order and pay for them, but was given normal meals. No cards, nothing as advertised. I was worried this is some kind of a scam the McDonald’s in town are running to keep the cards so I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau.
As a previous MANAGER, I can confidently say that my crew back in the day were more respectful of customers than they are today. The fact that you can't even get change for a dollar is super crappy customer service
In 2019/2020 they took down the (very large) Mcdonald's sign in Sheboygan Falls and have had it sitting in the grass since. I reached out last year, they said they were going to handle it but it's still sitting there. Such an eyesore.
Terrible management at West Bend 33 location. Don’t bother door dashing here. Orders are never ready and have to wait upwards of 20 minutes for food. Absolutely terrible management by Mr. steve Killian
Something.\nHas to be done in the lomira location. From management to the drive through , everyone needs retraining. Unfortunately, their drive through is our only option for breakfast in the morning.And every single time I go there they screw my order up and I have to go back. every.single.time. then when I do drive back, inform them of the mistake, I'm greeted with an attitude like I made the mistake.
