Dr.Kilian is a great doctor, on the other hand his secretary needs re-trained on respectful communication and interpersonal skills. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional in a healthcare environment.

Dr Kilian has been my family doctor since I was very young and is now my children's Dr. He is very professional and respectful, listens to his patients. We appreciate all the years of his great work.
He's easy to talk to and listens well, I think that's rare these days. I like Dr Kilian, most of my issues are age related and not much can be done. Despite that, I do enjoy our interactions.
