The ladies at the front desk were great! Very friendly and helpful. But, the woman who helped me try on masks today was quick to rush me through. I felt like I was troubling her to take the time to help me. It was very frustrating! It's important to try and find the best fit and comfort when you have to wear one of these damn things just to sleep at night. (EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!) Went 4 times trying for a good for the equipment they sold me. I was never able to get a good seal. Thre last time I was there they advised I would have to purchase my next mask. They didn't so it, but implied I was the problem. I paid them every penny they billed me, despite I was never given a solution that treated my problem. Now that I have paid them, in full, I just got another bill. Complete waste of time and money.
