Appointment was 9am. They open at 9:00. I arrived at 8:45. Person to meet with was late, not sure how late but it was after 9:00. Plus equipment paperwork not ready. Now 9:11 and still waiting. It is now 9:13. I am leaving.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes here. They always have everything I need in stock.
