They set my machine purchased online which I hadn't been able to find anyone to do for months. Thank you
I told them with my initial setup I wanted to purchase the machine outright. When the new year came, they started charging me monthly rent. It would have been covered in the previous year by my insurance. Bunch of scammers.
The service here is very good
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I have been trying to receive my new CPAP machine for over a month with no progress. Despite being told multiple times that all necessary information from my doctor and insurance has been received, I continue to get vague and conflicting updates.
