Had metal in my eye which was embedded and rusted. Other clinic in town gave me the run around with insurance after getting there. Kilgore got me in the day I called. was in and out in 30 minutes. Doctor lady was all business. Nabbed the metal out in .0001 seconds buffed the rust and sent in a antibiotic prescription. Very thankful for their help and a doctor with steady hands.
I am a U.S. Army 30 year retired soldier last year was my first experience with Kilgore. It was not the best experience. Front desk was fine, people put you in the rooms seem to be in their own world. The Doctor was the worst ever I ask her a question and she look at me like I was not important and she did not answer the question. The doctor is very unprofessional. Went to Kilgore today and the receptionist and the nurses were nice, but the doctor himself was very rude and abrupt. He wouldn't listen to the problem, the reason for going, and instead just tried to push medications. He kept talking over the patient and was just very rude. Will not be going back.
Everyone is so nice and polite. They will answer any question(s) or concerns you may have. When getting glasses, it takes 2 weeks to get them in. When you go to pick your glasses up, it's easy, fast, and has no hassle. My whole family goes here. They do amazing when my daughters have an appointment. My girls are 8 and 7. The ladies always make sure that my girls are comfortable and ease any nervousness they may have. I highly recommend Kilgore Vision to anyone who is looking or needing an eye doctor.
Just not going to be my eye doctor anymore. The woman behind the desk changed my address because she said that can't be right. I know what my address is.
