After the most kind and friendly person in the office received an inactive status on my insurance inquiry, I felt as if I was not worth their time. The insurance company confirmed my eligibility, but since the clinic could not contact my insurance while I was in the office, I am without glasses. I do not recommend this office.
Rude. Difficult to contact. Expensive. It took me leaving two messages over the span of 2 weeks to finally get someone to contact me to make an appointment. When I mentioned this, they were rude about it - said they were running on skeleton crew, however I’ve always had this issue. They are extremely overpriced. Staff has been rude to me and my family on more than one occasion. I used to love that office, but now I dread going there. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
