The rental process was easy and great response from tbe renter. Units are easy to access and clean.
Very clean never too busy. Customer service is great. The only thing that I would change is more lighting outside so that when I drop off before nine, I’m not in the dark. Other than that, it’s awesome.
We needed a storage unit on short notice and were thrilled to discover Kilgore Self Storage. Setting up our rental online was incredibly easy, and we were able to start moving in that same day without needing to speak with anyone. We only needed the unit for a month, and coincidentally, the day our new shed arrived was the same day our monthly rental payment was due.
