Sheddie Kilgore was referred to me as I did not know who to call. It was 95° inside my house. My family and my animals were in distress. Sheddie came out and immediately knew what the problem was. He was definitely prepared had the part on his truck which was a motor he installed that right away and we started to cool down. We still didn't know if other damage had been done for running the unit without the fan and motor working. So he gave us a time limit of when we could make a decision to get a new unit. My heat-pump went down Friday 6/6/25, I called my neighbor Vickie & Ken Brook hoping they would know a good Heating & Air man. They gave me the name, Sheddie Kilgore. I called him and and he was able to come out that afternoon right as a storm was coming in. He worked on my heat pump and figured out what was wrong with it then asked me what I wanted to do. First of all, these folks are professional, honest, timely and neat. The tech showed up On Time, installed a new mini split system in our mountain cabin, cleaned up EVERYTHING then ran and tested both heat and air and walked us through the remote operation of the system. Highly recommend. We are very satisfied.
