KFD is absolutely amazing with children. Brings tears to my eyes, when my granddon's father hasn't seen him in several years and KFD has taken time out for camp and Mason is having a blast! Thanks to each of y'all. God bless
Beyond thankful to the Kilgore Fire Dept. One of our dogs was stuck under our shed. It was raining and or backyard looked like a swamp. The firemen didn’t hesitate at all and were able to dig her out from under the shed. They had know idea what this dog means to my boys. I told them to do whatever they needed to do and they did. Thank you again (I can’t recall all of the firemen who came).
I called non emergency dispatch last week because my house cat had been chased up a tree and stuck for 3 days. Dispatch told me "they don't rescue cats from trees" then what do ya know they're on the news today rescuing someone cats out of a tree. �
