Had to find a new provider due to always when in need of being seen all kiley wants to do is send to the ER..I was told WE don't have a therapeutic relationship.cant have that if you are not seen in the office
I found myself a new doctor. Kiley the amount of time your spending with me when i am there really isn't enough. In my opinion your real nice and seem caring too. But also since this facility is owned by BJC it's become apparent that they are timing staff with each patient. I need to see somebody is who can be more thorough. The receptionist up front plus whomever i meet with before you could use training in how to be more professional and polite along with at least smiling also. Take Care Kiley!!
Best Dr I’ve ever had she makes you feel so comfortable with addressing all your personal health concerns and she’s a one stop Dr. She also does your yearly pap. I would recommend her to anyone!
She is the best provider.
