Terrible service. Repeated mistakes with prescriptions for my chronic migraines. Running out of medication because dr writes incorrect dates on prescriptions which gives a week of lapsed medication. No one answers the phone that is any authority to help whatsoever. At the mercy of when they decide to return your call or help you. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week you call. I was very hesitant to see Doctor Kiley after reading the reviews. I decided to give him a try. I am extremely happy with his knowledge, and the quality of care I received. I was in a very serious accident, I have memory loss, and speech issues. Some doctors rush soo quickly that they don't have time or patience with me. Doctor Kiley was verrry patient with me, and took his time explaining his diagnosis. I felt very relaxed and very grateful that I ignored the previous reviews. Dr Kiley was extremely nice and informative. He listened and provided great detail for the procedure I had. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what was going on. Definitely a good experience
Best Neurologist EVER! He takes his time with you. He is encouraging and a great listener! I would recommend anyone to see him!
