We booked a Kiley Beach Property through VRBO. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to Hurricane Michael. The company was great to work with, even in a difficult time. Their customer service was phenomenal. We will definitely book one of their properties for our next trip.

We stayed in the Sundestin condo #1403 and were very disappointed. We have stayed at other resorts in Destin and the condo was amazing ( Beachside 2)! Totally different class of stay. Will not be returning to this place. The complex itself is gross. The carpeting is dirty and I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. The pool area needs cleaning, there was always a cloudy look to it and I never saw anyone doing any upkeep on it, the restaurant is smaller than the inside of a Mc Donald’s! We visited Destin and booked a Condo through Kiley Beach Resorts. We were not disappointed!! The customer service was great from the beginning. When we first arrived, we were stunned as the views of the beach were absolutely amazing!! One early morning we ate breakfast right on the balcony as we watched dolphins swimming along the coast.
