I've been a current resident at Kiley and would describe the experience as mixed. The apartments themselves are well-designed and comfortable, although the hot water in the showers tends to be more lukewarm than hot, which is a consistent inconvenience. The community is generally quiet. I’ve had no real issues with neighbors, some are friendly, others keep to themselves, which is fairly typical in a residential setting. The apartment complex is beautiful & the leasing members were kind for the most part. However, management here seem unorganized and fraudulent. I was supposed to receive a refund check from the property but they have yet to do so. It has been months since I toured & applied. There was so much confusion from the members in the office telling me two different things. I would not recommend leasing here.
I'm looking for something serious
There have been deteriorating conditions at this property since the transition to Willowbridge Management Company. After residing at The Kiley for four years, I made the decision not to renew my lease due to significant and ongoing issues affecting the quality of life in the building.
