I needed my braces removed and was vastly overcharged based on the RCC of the dental fee guide. Most places charge more than your reasonable and customary fees, but Kildonan charged more than double. They didn't offer to direct bill my insurance or get a prior authorization despite the appointment being made months in advance. I took my son for a consult/second opinion and I could not believe how accommodating this office is! We saw Dr.sharma, she was so thorough in every aspect. Gave her honest advice and opinions for my son’s treatments. I was going to book my sons second appointment for his X-rays, and they were able to get him in the same day so I didn’t have to make an extra trip back into the office!
