Recently switched to this practice. Poor communication, lack of pro-activity and quick to shift responsibility to the patient for things they should be taking ownership of!
Well alot of empty promises... They say they'll email info.. Never do.. Then I spend ages trying to get to the bottom of it.. Staff don't know what is going on either... Training maybe?
My experience was excellent the staff were kind and considerate. This is a brilliant surgery
I attended GP practice today and received excellent care. Te receptionist was polite and friendly. The GP, Dr Onayade put me at my ease. He was thorough in his assessment of the problem, he explained the plan and was efficient in arranging the follow up. I was able to have a blood test immediately after my appointment by the lovely nurse Mandy. I cannot fault the service I received. Thank you all.
